Viktoria has more than 18 years of experienced insight into child psychology and education, and offers services in two areas of specialty: Play Therapy and EMDR therapy.

As a Play Therapy Supervisor, she specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Viktoria worked as a teacher in the K-12 public school system. This classroom experience led her to pursue her Master’s Degree in Mental Health, and her specialization in child and teen counseling. As a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor and Certified FirstPlay® Assistant Instructor and Therapist, Viktoria offers services to children of all ages.

Early in her counseling career Viktoria realized that trauma was one of the leading causes of emotional and/or behavioral disturbances that brought children and teens to counseling, therefore she pursued additional training in treating trauma related disorders, leading her to become an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist.

As an EMDR therapist, Viktoria offers services to all ages who experienced trauma of any kind, struggle with anxiety or phobias, or feel limited not only in their potential but also their ability to bring about change.

EMDR services are available in a traditional format (weekly frequency) or in an intensive format that makes her services available for those who have busy schedules, wish to bring about profound change in a shorter period of time, or do not live in the Venice area.
